  • Members who use our services—such as Care Seekers, Care Providers, and other third parties (collectively, “Members”).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. 1.2 User Consent

By submitting Personal Data through the Site or our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data as described.

1.3 Children’s Privacy

  • Care Seekers/Clients: care needs, relevant health information, preferences, scheduling details, payment information to facilitate billing.

  • Family/Authorized Third Parties: name, contact details, relationship to client, and care-coordination information you choose to share.

  • Communications/Content: messages, feedback, files, or other content you store/post via the Site (visible to authorized recipients).

  • Support Data: operating system/browser info or other details you voluntarily provide when contacting support.

You may choose not to provide certain data; however, some features of the Site or Services may be unavailable.

B) Information Collected Automatically (Cookies, Analytics, Logs)

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Match Care Seekers with suitable Care Providers.

We may create Anonymous Data by removing identifiers and use it for analysis and improvements. We may disclose Anonymous Data to third parties at our discretion.

1.7 How We Share Personal Data

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share Personal Data with:

  • Service Providers: hosting, analytics, background checks, payroll/payment processing, messaging, customer support, and IT/security vendors—only to perform services for Favorite Home Care and under confidentiality obligations.

  • Opt-In Consent: You must provide express written consent to receive text messages. By submitting your phone number, you authorize Favorite Home Care to send texts using automated technology.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop further texts. You may opt in again at any time.

  • No Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes at any time.

  • Data Collected: We may collect your phone number, message content, and usage data to provide/improve messaging services. We do not share this information with third parties except as required by law or to operate messaging on our behalf.
