Members who use our services—such as Care Seekers, Care Providers, and other third parties (collectively, “Members”).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Care Seekers/Clients: care needs, relevant health information, preferences, scheduling details, payment information to facilitate billing.
Family/Authorized Third Parties: name, contact details, relationship to client, and care-coordination information you choose to share.
Communications/Content: messages, feedback, files, or other content you store/post via the Site (visible to authorized recipients).
Support Data: operating system/browser info or other details you voluntarily provide when contacting support.
You may choose not to provide certain data; however, some features of the Site or Services may be unavailable.
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Match Care Seekers with suitable Care Providers.
